Just to clarify...

This challenge doesn't have to be a MOBILE app, but can we be a web app?

  Thanks for writing. Yes, you can enter a web app.

  Per the Official Rules: "A submitted Application may be for Android, Blackberry, iOS, or Windows Phone smartphones or tablets, web or mobile web browsers, or Windows or Mac desktop computers."

  In your Bookseller press release about the challenge the deadline is stated as DECEMBER... but here it says September. Can you clarify?
